Along with his duties as the OCMRC Coordinator, Stephen is also the supervisor for the Health Strategic Operations Center for the County of Orange. Prior to working for the Orange County Health Care Agency, Stephen was a regional emergency manager for a healthcare group in Southern California. In this role he oversaw the emergency management program for hospitals spanning across Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Orange County lines.
Stephen is a graduate from Arizona State University where he earned a Master's Degree in Emergency Management and Homeland Security. Stephen's combined knowledge and experience of working as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) for a private ambulance and fire department has made him prepared to take on the challenges of coordinating the Orange County Medical Reserve Corps.
Kelly has been a dedicated employee with the Orange County Health Care Agency - Emergency Medical Services for the past 13 years. Her experience, fortitude, and years of experience uniquely qualify her to take on challenges with the growth of Orange County's Medical Reserve Corps. Since September 2016, Kelly has been working closely with Stephen and other partners, ensuring that OCMRC is growing at a continual pace. She is integral to the continued success of the program.
